## What to include in your brief

A few lines are enough to start. The more of the following you can share, the more useful our first reply will be:

- What: a structure, a software platform or app, or a project that needs both
- Where: the site location, or the users and systems the software has to work with
- When: the target start date, deadlines and any fixed milestones
- Stage: an idea, a feasibility question, an existing design or code to review, or a project already underway
- Budget: an approximate range, if you have one

We treat everything you send in confidence and are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share drawings, data or code.
